Return Policy

We sincerely hope you enjoy your new Zadro product. In case you would like to return your product, Zadro accepts customer returns based on preference for 60 days from the end of the promotion for a refund. The initial shipping fee will not be credited back upon return for preference, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Email customersupport@zadroinc.com and we will assist you with the return. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will need to provide a copy of the receipt or order confirmation. Once we've received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that the refund was processed to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and the post the refund too. If there is an issue upon inspection, such as: used, damaged, modified products, missing parts, or non-original packaging, we will notify you immediately in regards as to how this effects your refund. Zadro® Products include a 1 year limited warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not include damage to the product as a result of misuse, accident, modification, or self-repair. This warranty also does not include purchases from unauthorized retailer/online seller, purchased “as-is” or used/previously owned. Should your product become defective during the warranty period, Zadro, Inc. ™ will repair or replace (at our sole discretion) your product, at no charge. However, you are responsible for properly packing your product and any applicable shipping charges to Zadro, Inc.

Please contact our Customer Support Team via email at CustomerSupport@zadroinc.com on how to obtain an RMA (return authorization number). Please include the date of purchase, the model number (located on the box and on the instruction pamphlet) and the issue you are experiencing with your product.

Zadro, Inc. ™ shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of defects in this product, whether or not caused by its negligence.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
